Milk contains between 0g to 13g natural sugar. You can vary the sweetness of your pudding or dessert by what milk or milk alternatives you use.
2.5g of fat or higher is our recommendation to maximize taste, texture and color of your delicious pudding.
Pour 1 packet into 2 cups of milk or 1 1/4 cups of milk substitute. Beat the pudding mix & milk using a whisk for 1 minute and then switch to an electric beater for 3-5 minutes. If the milk begins to foam, stop mixing until foam subsides & then beat on slow for 2-3 minutes until desired texture.
Let product rest for 1 minute for best results.

No they both set outside the fridge – The jel will set in 60mins and the pudding will set in 5 minutes. We do suggest once set to place in the fridge to keep cold and fresh.

In the Jel, the salt content comes from the seaweed setting agent that we use. In the puddings, we use phosphate emulsifying salt which can be found in all instant pudding desserts and is derived from the phosphate rock in the earth. No table salt is used in our products.
All our products are dye free. Simply Desserts uses only natural flavors & colors. All our natural flavors and colors are manufactured from actual fruits and vegetables in an FDA certified plant.
Milk will foam when you beat milk with an electric beater, so we recommend mixing your pudding using a whisk or an electric beater at low speed until the bubbles disappear to create a smooth texture.

Mixing Instructions:
1. Beat pudding mix into 2 cups (480ml) of milk or 1 1/4 cups (300ml) of milk substitute using a handheld or electric beater for 2-5 min or until thickened.
2. Pour into serving dish and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
3. For a delicious hot pudding – heat in the microwave for 2 min.
Pudding will be smooth and creamy and ready to eat. Can be prepared with full cream/low fat/fat-free milk as well as milk substitutes (Soy, Almond, Coconut, or any Plant-Based milk). Delicious as a filling when mixed with cream/non-dairy cream.

Vanilla Pudding
Satisfies my need for creamy. I make vanilla sometimes with lemon extract and cream cheese and a walnut crust for cheesecake. Sometimes I add bananas to a recipe or pineapple tidbits and mixed nuts or unsweetened coconut. Possibilities are endless and guiltless
