maple syrup

flax egg
(1 tbsp ground flax & 3 tbsp water, let thicken for 10-15 minutes)
Filling

Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding
▢
1 ¼
cup
milk or non-dairy milk subsitute
▢
Crushed candy canes or mints to top
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix crust ingredients to form a dough. If too sticky, add more flour and if too dry add some warm water or more syrup.
3/4 cup oat flour,
2 tbsp maple syrup,
Pinch salt,
1 flax egg
Press into a parchment lined small loaf/baking pan & bake for
12-15 minutes
. Make
Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding according to directions.
1 box Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding,
1 1/4 cup milk or non-dairy milk subsitute
Once crust has cooled for about 20 min, spread pudding on top & top with crushed candy canes.
Crushed candy canes or mints to top
Place in the freezer until set (at least 4 hours). Let thaw slightly, slice and enjoy.
