Preheat oven 350°F.
Mix crust ingredients to form a dough. If too sticky, add more flour and if too dry add some warm water or more syrup.
Press into a parchment lined small loaf/baking pan.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Make pudding according to directions.
Once crust has cooled for about 20 min, spread pudding on top & top with crushed candy canes.
Place in the freezer until set (at least 4 hours).
Let thaw slightly, slice, & enjoy.
