- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and grease your pie dish 
- Make the pie crust according to bag instructions using mix, butter, egg whites and water - 1 bag California Country Gal Keto Perfect Pie Crust Mix, 1 ½ sticks butter, 2 egg whites, 2 tbsp water 
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes 
- Roll out the dough between 2 pieces of wax paper and cut out the shape of your pie dish. Press down the edges and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. 
- While the crust is baking, make the banana pudding according to box instructions. Then fold in ½ of the container of whipped topping - 1 Sachet Simply Desserts Banana Pudding, 1 container sugar free whipped topping, 2 cups whole milk 
- Remove baked pie crust from oven and let cool to room temp. 
- Layer fresh banana slices on the bottom of the pie, topped with a layer of banana pudding mix, then a layer of plain whipped topping. - 1-2 fresh bananas 
- Finish with fresh banana slices and enjoy!
