Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together all dry brownie ingredients (almond flour, baking powder, salt, sweetener, cocoa powder).
1 ½ cups almond flour, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 ¾ cups granulated sweetener of choice, ½ cup HIIT Nutrition Jet Black Cocoa Powder
In a separate bowl, beat the wet ingredients (melted butter, eggs, vanilla). Combine the wet and dry mixtures until fully incorporated. Fold in the optional chocolate chips.
5 Tbsp melted butter, 3 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
While the brownies are cooling, prepare the frosting by whisking the heavy cream and Simply Desserts pudding mix until smooth and fluffy.
2 cups heavy cream, 1 sachet Simply Desserts Sugar-Free Chocolate Pudding mix
Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled brownies and top with chocolate sprinkles if desired.
½ cup chocolate chips
Cut into squares, serve, and enjoy!
