    Ingredients

    For the Brownie Batter

    • 1 ½ cups almond flour
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 5 Tbsp melted butter
    • 1 ¾ cups granulated sweetener of choice
    • ½ cup HIIT Nutrition Jet Black Cocoa Powder
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • ½ cup chocolate chips optional

    For the Frosting

    • 2 cups heavy cream
    • 1 sachet Simply Desserts Sugar-Free Chocolate Pudding mix

    Instructions

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
    • In a large bowl, whisk together all dry brownie ingredients (almond flour, baking powder, salt, sweetener, cocoa powder).
      1 ½ cups almond flour, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 ¾ cups granulated sweetener of choice, ½ cup HIIT Nutrition Jet Black Cocoa Powder
    • In a separate bowl, beat the wet ingredients (melted butter, eggs, vanilla). Combine the wet and dry mixtures until fully incorporated. Fold in the optional chocolate chips.
      5 Tbsp melted butter, 3 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
    • While the brownies are cooling, prepare the frosting by whisking the heavy cream and Simply Desserts pudding mix until smooth and fluffy.
      2 cups heavy cream, 1 sachet Simply Desserts Sugar-Free Chocolate Pudding mix
    • Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled brownies and top with chocolate sprinkles if desired.
      ½ cup chocolate chips
    • Cut into squares, serve, and enjoy!
