Mix milk, chia seeds, and pudding mix in a small mason jar. For Banana Nut Chia Pudding, add in 1 tbsp walnuts. For Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding add 1 Tbsp peanut butter.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until mixture has thickened.
