dairy-free vanilla bean ice cream

Simply Desserts Banana Pudding

oat milk

vanilla extract

Health Nilla Wafers
▢
⅓

+ 2 tbsp almond flour

coconut flour

melted coconut oil

Instructions
Healthy Nilla Wafers
Combine all ingredients.
Bake at 350° Fahrenheit for
18 minutes
.
Banana Pudding
Whisk Simply Desserts Instant Pudding Mix with oat milk.
Add in the extra banana (sliced), crush ⅔ of the nilla wafers and fold to combine.
Freeze 3 hours minimum.
Top with remaining ⅓ nilla wafers.
