Indulge in a guilt-free, high-protein salted caramel Oreo Creami, made with nonfat Greek yogurt, dark cocoa powder, and a crunchy pretzel topping for a deliciously healthy treat.
In your blender combine: 8 ounces nonfat milk (I prefer organic), 4 ounces non fat Greek yogurt, 7 grams Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding, 5 grams dark cocoa or black cocoa powder, 2 TB pure erythritol (*optional), Stevia to taste, Pinch of sea salt
8 ounces non fat milk, 4 ounces non fat Greek yogurt, 7 grams Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding, 2 TB pure erythritol, Stevia to taste, 5 grams black/dark Cocoa Powder, Pinch or so of sea salt
Freeze your Creami overnight (at least 12 hours) excluding mix ins.
Prepare on the ice cream mode, then add 2 TB additional milk and spin again on "re-spin" along with your Salted Caramel Crunch, additional TB of Black Cocoa Powder added in.

You may have to give it one more re-spin if still crumbly. Crush your pretzels (I love Trader Joe's honey wheat pretzels and add these last. I like to stir most in and then save a bit to sprinkle on top like you see here. Enjoy!
