of Simply Dessert Sugar-Free Raspberry Jel

of baking soda

of brown granulated monk fruit

of granulated monk fruit

of vanilla extract

of softened ghee
or butter

of milk

Coating
▢

of brown granulated monk fruit
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine all the dry (except for raspberry mix) ingredients for the cookies.
Mix in the ghee, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
Sprinkle the raspberry jel dessert and knead the dough dough to create the swirls.
Pinch the dough, roll in your hands in a circle and coat them in brown granulated monk fruit.
Shape the dough into large cookies, place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 13-14 minutes until the edges turn slightly golden and cookies appear chewy inside.
