Pinch the dough, roll in your hands in a circle and coat them in brown granulated monk fruit.
Shape the dough into large cookies, place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 13-14 minutes until the edges turn slightly golden and cookies appear chewy inside.
