graham cracker crumbs

Toppings

Whipped cream

More crumbled pistachios
Instructions
Make the Pistachio Crumble
In a bowl, combine the pistachios, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter.
½ cup graham cracker crumbs,
¼ cup butter,
½ cup pistachios
Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
Assemble the Base
Spoon the pistachio crumble mixture into the bottom of small serving cups.
Set aside.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Simply Desserts Pistachio Pudding, milk, and softened cream cheese.
1 box Simply Desserts Pistachio Pudding,
3 cups milk of choice,
1 package cream cheese
Mix by hand or with a stand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Fill the Cups
Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag.
Pipe into the serving cups over the pistachio crumble.
Add the Finishing Touches
Top each cheesecake cup with whipped cream.
Whipped cream
Sprinkle with additional crushed pistachios.
