    Ingredients

    Cheesecake Layer

    • 1 package Simply Desserts Pistachio Pudding
    • 3 cups milk of choice
    • 1 package cream cheese softened

    Pistachio Crumble

    • ½ cup pistachios broken into small pieces
    • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
    • ¼ cup butter melted

    Toppings

    • Whipped cream
    • More crumbled pistachios

    Instructions

    Make the Pistachio Crumble

    • In a bowl, combine the pistachios, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter.
      ½ cup graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup butter, ½ cup pistachios
    • Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.

    Assemble the Base

    • Spoon the pistachio crumble mixture into the bottom of small serving cups.
    • Set aside.

    Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

    • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Simply Desserts Pistachio Pudding, milk, and softened cream cheese.
      1 package Simply Desserts Pistachio Pudding, 3 cups milk of choice, 1 package cream cheese
    • Mix by hand or with a stand mixer until smooth and creamy.

    Fill the Cups

    • Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag.
    • Pipe into the serving cups over the pistachio crumble.

    Add the Finishing Touches

    • Top each cheesecake cup with whipped cream.
      Whipped cream
    • Sprinkle with additional crushed pistachios.
