Roll out the puff pastry sheets into equal sized rectangles. Spread an even layer of chocolate mixture over one pastry sheet and top with the second one.
1 cup Melted sugar free chocolate, 2 Sheets puff pastry
Cut the large rectangle into 1 inch wide strips. Twist them like a party streamer in place on the lined baking sheet.
Whisk the egg and brush it on top of the twisted pastry, then sprinkle with the golden sprinkles.
