Chocolate Coconut Ice Cream Wraps

A fun tropical twist on ice cream! Creamy chocolate pudding ice cream made with coconut cream is wrapped in soft coconut wraps and sprinkled with shredded coconut. A quick, no-bake frozen treat that’s dairy-free, gluten-free, and naturally sweet.

Equipment

1 Ninja Creami

Ingredients

▢ 1 Sachet Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding
▢ 1 Can coconut cream
▢ 1 Package Nuco Original Coconut Wraps
▢ Unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

Add coconut cream and pudding mix to a Ninja Creami pint. Whisk until fully combined.
1 Sachet Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding, 1 Can coconut cream
Cover and freeze for at least 24 hours.
Process on the Lite Ice Cream setting of the Ninja Creami. Remix until smooth and creamy as needed.
Scoop about ¼ cup of chocolate ice cream into the center of a coconut wrap. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
1 Package Nuco Original Coconut Wraps, Unsweetened shredded coconut
Fold the wrap like a burrito to seal it up.
Serve immediately, or freeze for later enjoyment!
