pineapple, mango, coconut, strawberries

Simply Desserts Strawberry Pudding

milk of choice
or milk substitute
Afternoon

½
ripe avocado
▢

tbsp
Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding
▢

Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
▢
Juice of 1 lemon
▢

tbsp
Olive oil
▢
Handful of fresh herbs (basil, parsley, chives)
▢
Salt & pepper to taste
▢
2-3

water to thin
Evening
▢

Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding

whole milk (or milk substitute)
▢
½
cup
melted chocolate chips (sugar-free or regular)
Instructions
Morning
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
1 cup frozen tropical fruit mix,
½ sachet Simply Desserts Strawberry Pudding,
1 cup milk of choice
Pour into a serving glass and top with shredded coconut to enjoy!
Afternoon
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
½ ripe avocado,
2 tbsp Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding,
2 tbsp Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative),
Juice of 1 lemon,
1 tbsp Olive oil,
Handful of fresh herbs (basil, parsley, chives),
Salt & pepper to taste,
2-3 tbsp water to thin
Use as a dip with fresh vegetables or pita bread.
Evening
Add milk and Simply Dessert Chocolate Pudding Mix to a stand mixer and whip on high.
1 sachet Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding,
2 cups whole milk (or milk substitute)
Slowly pour in the melted chocolate while mixing and continue until combined and fluffy.
½ cup melted chocolate chips (sugar-free or regular)
Transfer to a serving cup and let sit for 5 minutes to set or refrigerate to chill.
Top with fresh fruit and serve!
