Blend Base – In a Ninja Creami pint container, combine milk, pudding mix, and cream cheese. Blend with a hand frother until smooth.
2 cups low-carb milk, 1 sachet Simply Desserts White Chocolate Pudding, 2 tbsp softened cream cheese
Freeze 12 hours. Cover tightly before freezing.
Creamify & Adjust Texture – Let sit a few minutes at room temperature, run warm water along the sides, and process using your desired Creami setting (creator used Scoopable Ice Cream).
If it’s powdery after the first spin, add a splash of milk and re-spin until creamy.
Mix In & Enjoy – Add frozen raspberries and sugar-free white chocolate chips, then blend on the Mix-In setting.
