Whisk together almond milk and pudding mix in a bowl.
2 Cups Unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 Box Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding
Add in chia seeds and whisk again.
1/2 Cup Chia seeds
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until the chia seeds are fully absorbed and pudding has thickened. Whisk the mixture halfway to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
To serve, fill a cup/glass halfway with dairy free yogurt. Then fill the other half with chocolate chia pudding and top with a fresh raspberry.
Fresh raspberries for topping, 1 Cup Vegan vanilla yogurt
