    Ingredients

    • 1 package Simply Desserts Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding
    • 2 cups milk or oat milk or milk substitute
    • 4 cups white cake crumbled
    • 2 white chocolate baking bars melted
    • Gold and silver sprinkles
    • Gold forks and curling ribbon for decorating

    Instructions

    • Prepare the Simply Desserts Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding according to package instructions, using your milk of choice.
      1 package Simply Desserts Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding, 2 cups milk or oat milk
    • Gently fold the pudding into the crumbled white cake until fully combined and the mixture holds together.
      4 cups white cake
    • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
    • Dip the prongs of each fork into melted white chocolate, then insert into the top of each cake ball. Chill for 15 minutes.
      2 white chocolate baking bars
    • Dip each cake ball completely into the melted white chocolate. Tap off any excess and immediately roll in gold and silver sprinkles.

    • Return the cake bites to the baking sheet and refrigerate for another 15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
    • Decorate with curling ribbon, serve, and enjoy!
