Preheat oven to 350°F and grease your donut pan.
Blend heavy cream and pudding with hand mixer. This will be thick but will loosen up when you add the eggs.
Add eggs one at a time blending well with each addition.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Spoon into donut pan/mold and bake for 17 minutes. These will rise up slightly over the pan but will deflate some as they cool.
Cool completely and prepare toppings.
Melt in microwave chocolate and oil. I do this in 15 second increments until melted and smooth. Pour chocolate over donuts and spread smooth.
Melt white choclate an oil in the same manner. Drizzle over donuts.
Toss some white chips in some green luster dust and chopped finely. Sprinkle these over half the donut for a beautiful and delicious textural contrast.
