    Ingredients

    • cup almond flour
    • 2 tbs Cacao powder
    • 2 tbs Swerve Sweetie granulated sugar
    • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
    • 1 packet Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding
    • cups almond milk
    • Cool Whip
    • sugar-free chocolate shavings

    Instructions

    • Mix together almond flour, cocoa, swerve & melted butter until well incorporated.
    • Press approximately a 1 ½ tablespoon in the bottom of the cupcake cups or desired trays.
    • Bake 350° Fahrenheit for approximately 10 minutes and then let cool.
    • Next, beat Simply Desserts Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix with almond milk using hand held or electric beater for 2 minutes.
    • Spoon pudding onto pie crust and smooth out evenly. Then, place in the fridge for 5-7 minutes.
    • Spoon Cool Whip over Chocolate Pudding and smooth out evenly. Place in the fridge for 5-7 minutes.
    • Top with chocolate shavings and enjoy!
