Preheat oven to 350° F.
Make pudding and place in the fridge to set.
Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
In a second bowl, whip the yolk and cream cheese until fluffy and fully incorporated.
Fold the egg whites gently into the yolk mixture to not deflate the egg whites.
Pipe this mixture in small circles onto a parchment lined sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
All ovens vary, don’t over cook them. Remove from the oven and let them cool on the pan.
Slice in half and fill with the pudding.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
