- Turn oven to 300° F.  Coat an oven safe dish (8x8 Pyrex).  
- In a bowl, mix all the crust ingredients until well incorporated and place in dish. - 1 1/2 cup blanched almond flour, 1/4 cup confectioners Swerve, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup melted butter, 1 egg, Pinch of salt 
- With a knife, poke some holes and bake for 12 to13 minutes, until lightly golden. Once finished, remove and let cool.  
- Add Simply Desserts Instant Banana Pudding Mix, milk, heavy cream, and vanilla and mix until creamy and soft. - 1 box Simply Desserts Banana Pudding, 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream, 16oz oz cream cheese, 1 cup confectioners Swerve, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract 
- Add on top of your baked crust. Freeze for two hours.  
- In a final medium bowl, add meringue ingredients. Use a hand mixer to mix the ingredients until soft peaks form. It should be silky.  - 5 large egg whites, 1/4 tsp cream tartar, 1 cup confectioners Swerve, 1/2 tsp lemon zest 
- Blow torch to a nice golden brown. Chill for 30 minutes. 
- Top with your favorite crushed cookies, serve and enjoy!
