Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie
Combine almond flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
In a stand mixer, mix butter and swerve. Add egg and flavoring until combined.
Add dry ingredients and mix to combine. Add chips until mixed in.
I put small balls of dough into a silicone mold and pressed a hole into the center like a little cup shape.
Bake at 350° F for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
While cooling, make the filling and frosting.

Mix everything together until it's light and fluffy.⠀
Once cookie cups are cool, fill with pudding mix and then pipe peanut butter fluff on top!
