In a medium saucepan, bring the bourbon and sugar to a simmer over low heat. Stir occasionally until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
3 ½ cups bourbon, ⅔ cup sugar or sugar substitute
Place the cherries in the bourbon syrup, cover, and let them soak overnight. Once ready, drain the cherries and pat them dry with a paper towel. (Tip: Save the bourbon syrup for cocktails or other recipes!)
2 cups cherries with stems
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and Simply Desserts Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding until smooth.
1 sachet Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding, 2 cups milk or oat milk
Dip each cherry into the prepared chocolate pudding, then roll it in the red sprinkles for a festive finish.
