Make Simply Desserts Instant Chocolate Pudding according to box instructions. Then set in the fridge to thicken.
1 Sachet Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding, 2 cups milk or 1 ¼ cups plant-based milk
Use the food coloring to make the melted white chocolate orange, then fully dip the strawberries into the chocolate and place on a baking sheet. Freeze until chocolate is set.
Gel food coloring, 1 cup sugar free white chocolate
Place the coconut shreds in a plastic bag with a drizzle of green food coloring and shake it until all the shreds turn green like grass.
½ cup unsweetened coconut shreds
Assemble your pudding cups by alternating between the chocolate cookie crumbles and the chocolate pudding until your serving cup is almost full.
1 box keto or plant-based chocolate sandwich cookies
Push the “carrot strawberry” down into the pudding and finish by adding the coconut grass around it.
