Blondies
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Prepare flax egg and set aside. Mix dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to flax egg.
Then combine dry and wet (do not over mix).
Transfer to prepared 9x5 loaf pan and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes.
Banana Pudding Frosting
While blondies bake, whisk pudding mix with milk for 2 minutes.
Once blondies have cooled, spread on frosting plus optional toppings and enjoy!
