- Make the Simply Desserts Sugar Free Lemon pudding according to box instructions using yogurt instead of milk. - 1 Sachet Simply Desserts Lemon Pudding, 2 Cups Greek yogurt 
- Mix together crushed cookies and butter to form a crumble and press into the bottom of a 9x9 dish. - 1 Cup crushed keto shortbread cookies, 1/2 Cup melted butter 
- Layer the prepared lemon pudding on top of the cookie base. 
- Make the Simply Desserts Sugar Free Vanilla Frosting according to box instructions using milk of choice. - 1 Sachet Simply Desserts Vanilla Frosting, 1/2 Cup milk or soy milk 
- Pipe the prepared frosting on top of the lemon pudding In rosettes. 
- Garnish with blackberries and lemon zest - Blackberries and lemon zest for topping 
- Cut into squares and serve!
