    Ingredients

    • 1 sachet Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding
    • 1 ½ cups whole milk or milk of choice
    • ½ cup Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
    • Sugar-free whipped cream to top
    • Peppermint sprinkles to garnish

    Instructions

    • In a mixing bowl, prepare the pudding according to the packet instructions, using milk of choice + Baileys as your liquid. Whisk until smooth and thickened.
      1 sachet Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding, 1 ½ cups whole milk, ½ cup Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
    • Spoon or pipe the pudding into small serving cups.
    • Top with sugar-free whipped cream and finish with peppermint sprinkles. Serve immediately, or chill for a firmer set.
