    Ingredients

    • 1 Sachet Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding
    • 8 oz softened cream cheese dairy-free or regular
    • 2 cups milk of choice
    • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
    • Whipped cream

    Instructions

    • Add milk and cream cheese to a stand mixer. Whip until combined.
      8 oz softened cream cheese, 2 cups milk of choice
    • Add in Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding mix and whip again until thickened and smooth.
      1 Sachet Simply Desserts Chocolate Pudding
    • Scoop 1 tablespoon of cookie crumbs into the bottom of each serving cup.
      1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
    • Pipe the prepared chocolate cheesecake mixture on top.
    • Top with whipped cream and more chocolate cookie crumbs to serve!
