Ingredients

  • 1 Sachet Simply Desserts Strawberry Jel
  • ⅓ Cup Cold Water or Alcohol of choice for Adult Version
  • 1 ⅓ Cup Boiling Water
  • 6 Strawberries or Raspberries
  • Whipped Cream of choice (dairy free, sugar free, etc.)

Instructions

  • Make the Strawberry Jel according to box instructions, using cold water and boiling water. Substitute the cold water for alcohol if desired
    1 Sachet Simply Desserts Strawberry Jel, 1/3 Cup Cold Water or Alcohol of choice for Adult Version, 1 1/3 Cup Boiling Water
  • Pour the mixture into tiny serving cups, and refrigerate for a couple of hours until set
  • When you’re ready to serve, top with whip cream and 1 strawberry or raspberry on each one. Put another tiny dollop of whipped cream on top to make a Santa hat.
    6 Strawberries or Raspberries, Whipped Cream of choice
