Ingredients

▢ Store-bought or homemade white cake mix
▢ 3 tbsp unsweetened matcha powder
▢ 1 sachet Simply Desserts White Chocolate Pudding
▢ 2 cups milk of choice plus more if needed
▢ 225 g 8 oz cream cheese, softened (dairy-free or regular)
▢ Fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the white cake mix according to package instructions and mix in the matcha powder until evenly combined.
Store-bought or homemade white cake mix, 3 tbsp unsweetened matcha powder
Divide batter into lined muffin tins and bake as directed. Allow cupcakes to cool completely.
In a bowl, add the milk, white chocolate pudding mix, and cream cheese. Whip until smooth, creamy, and pipeable.
1 sachet Simply Desserts White Chocolate Pudding, 2 cups milk of choice, 225 g 8 oz cream cheese, softened (dairy-free or regular)
Transfer frosting to a piping bag and frost each cooled matcha cupcake.
Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve.
