Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz package vegan cream cheese, softened
  • 1 sachet Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 ½ cups almond or oat milk
  • 1 jalapeño diced
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • Salt pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika (to taste)
  • 1 can low-sugar chunky cranberry sauce
  • Diced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Add cream cheese, pudding mix, and milk to a bowl. Whisk with a stand or hand mixer until smooth and fully combined.
    1 8 oz package vegan cream cheese, softened, 1 sachet Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding, 1 ½ cups almond or oat milk
  • Fold in jalapeño, red onion, and spices.
    1 jalapeño, ¼ cup diced red onion, Salt
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and smooth the mixture, creating a small well in the center.
  • Spoon cranberry sauce into the well and top with diced green onions.

  • Serve with almond crackers or your favorite dippers!
