Ingredients

  • 1 packet Simply Desserts Sugar Free Butterscotch Pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk or almond milk or any milk substitute
  • Sugar-free caramel sauce
  • Sugar-free shortbread cookies crushed
  • Cool Whip sugar-free or dairy-free alternative
  • Flaky salt for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the pudding

  • Make the Simply Desserts Sugar Free Butterscotch Pudding according to the package instructions using your milk of choice.
    1 packet Simply Desserts Sugar Free Butterscotch Pudding mix, 2 cups milk or almond milk

Assemble the trifles

  • In small jars or glasses, layer the ingredients in the following order: Crushed shortbread cookies, a drizzle of sugar-free caramel sauce, a spoonful of Cool Whip, a layer of butterscotch pudding. Repeat the layers until the container is filled.

Top and serve
