Ingredients

  • 1 Box Simply Desserts Butterscotch Pudding
  • 2 cups Milk or 1 1/4 cup Milk Alternative
  • 1 container Sugar Free or Vegan Whipped Topping
  • 1 cup Sugar Free Caramel Sauce
  • Flaky Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Make the Simply Desserts Butterscotch Instant Pudding according to box using milk of choice in a stand or hand mixer.
    1 Box Simply Desserts Butterscotch Pudding, 2 cups Milk or 1 1/4 cup Milk Alternative
  • Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping and 1/2 cup of the sugar-free caramel sauce to the prepared butterscotch pudding.
    1 container Sugar Free or Vegan Whipped Topping
  • Spoon the butterscotch pudding mix into tiny clear shot glasses. Top each one with a dollop of whipped topping and finish with a drizzle of caramel sauce and flaky sea salt.
    1 cup Sugar Free Caramel Sauce, Flaky Sea Salt
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
