In a mason jar, add milk, pudding mix, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin pie spice. Seal with a lid and shake until smooth and foamy.
2 Tbsp Simply Desserts Salted Caramel Pudding, 1/2 Cup whole milk or oat milk, 1/2 Tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 Tbsp pumpkin purée
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the cold brew.
1 Cup cold brew coffee, Ice
Top with the salted caramel pumpkin cold foam.
