Peanut Butter Caramel Crunch Protein Ice Cream
Creamy, high-protein peanut butter caramel ice cream made with a caramel protein shake, pudding mix, and peanut butter powder. Blended, frozen, and spun in a Ninja Creami, then finished with crunchy corn flakes and a drizzle of sugar-free caramel.

Ingredients

or shake of choice

Smucker's sugar-free caramel sauce
Instructions
Add all ice cream base ingredients to a Ninja Creami pint container.
1 Fairlife caramel protein shake,
½ tbsp Simply Desserts Butterscotch Pudding,
½ tbsp Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding,
2 tbsp PB Fit peanut butter powder,
1 pinch salt
Whisk until fully combined, or blend first then pour into the pint.
Freeze for 12–24 hours.
Once frozen, place the pint in the Ninja Creami and run the light ice cream mode twice.
If the texture needs improvement, press the re-spin button.
Once smooth and creamy, add corn flakes to the center of the pint.

Press the mix-in button.
Top with caramel sauce and enjoy!
