Ingredients

  • 1 Sachet Simply Desserts Lime Jel
  • 8 oz whipped topping sugar free or dairy free if desired
  • Zest of 1 lime plus more for topping
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Splash of milk
  • Green food coloring
  • Pack of 12 premade mini tart shells graham cracker or shortbread
  • Whipped cream
  • Lime rings cut into small segments for topping

Instructions

  • Add whipped topping, lime zest, 1 Simply Desserts Lime Jel sachet, lime juice, and green food coloring to a stand mixer and whip on medium. If the mixture looks too thick, add a splash of milk and whip again. The lime filling should be fluffy frosting consistency.
    1 Sachet Simply Desserts Lime Jel, 8 oz whipped topping, Splash of milk, Green food coloring, Juice of ½ lime
  • Transfer the lime filling into a piping bag and fill each mini tart shell with lime filling.
    Pack of 12 premade mini tart shells
  • Top each tart with whipped cream, a mini lime slice, and more lime zest to serve. Enjoy!
