Ingredients

  • 1–2 Sachets Simply Desserts Unflavored Jel
  • Assorted fresh fruit (used mango, strawberries, blueberries & green grapes) cut into cubes or small wedges
  • 1–2 tbsp honey optional, to sweeten the jel

Instructions

  • Make Simply Desserts Unflavored Jel Dessert according to package instructions. Stir in honey to slightly sweeten and flavor the jel.
    1–2 Sachets Simply Desserts Unflavored Jel, 1–2 tbsp honey
  • Arrange your chopped fruit in silicone bundt molds or any mold of choice, filling it evenly.
    Assorted fresh fruit (used mango, strawberries, blueberries & green grapes)
  • Gently pour the prepared jel mixture over the fruit until covered.
  • Refrigerate for 4–6 hours (or until fully set).
  • Carefully unmold and enjoy your fruity, sugar-free masterpiece!
