Mix the ingredients of the base and transfer into small (individual) loaf containers.
4 scoops Vanilla Pea Protein, 1 cup water
Mix the ingredients for the filling and pour over the base equally.
1 box Simply Desserts Lime Jel, 2 cups Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup allulose
Add the cookies on top and freeze overnight.
12 low carb shortbread cookies
Drizzle melted white chocolate wafers, freezer a couple of minutes.
1/4 cup melted white chocolate
