In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add in the frozen raspberries and water. Let thaw and stir occasionally till it reaches a simmer
2 Cups frozen raspberries, 1/4 Cup water
Add in the sachet of Simply Desserts Raspberry Jel mix and stir. Let simmer for a couple more minutes then remove from heat and chill

Put the chilled raspberry jam mixture, melted white chocolate and melted dark chocolate into individual plastic bags to pipe them
2 Cups sugar free dark chocolate, 2 Cups sugar free white chocolate
Fill the heart molds half way with chocolate. Then pipe in a layer of raspberry jam in the middle. Finish with more chocolate on top to seal in the filling

Refrigerate the chocolates for a couple of hours until set
Remove from the mold and enjoy!
