Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix the egg whites, almond milk, stevia and vanilla.
1/2 cup egg whites, 3 tbsp almond milk, 5 packs of stevia, 1 tsp vanilla extract
Soak each bread and stack them in a baking dish.
4 slices low carb bread
Bake for 18 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the tres leches.
1 cup hot almond milk, 2 tbsp coconut milk powder, 1 tbsp Simply Desserts Peach Jel, 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
Create some holes in the baked french toast using fork and top with the tres leches mix.
Serve and enjoy!
