Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two 6” round cake pans.
Add brownie mix, yogurt, eggs & flavoring to a large mixing bowl. Mix well & press batter into two 6” pans.
Bake 20-22 min or until done. Let cakes cool completely & then poke holes around the cake ½ way deep for the jel dessert.
To make the Jel Dessert, follow the package directions by half (measurements provided above). Take a spoon & spread the Jel into the holes working quickly as the Jel will set rapidly.
Make the frosting by whipping butter & sweetener until light + fluffy. Add in melted white chocolate & continue to whip a few minutes longer scraping down the sides as needed.
Add heavy cream & whip 1-2 minutes more. Add remaining Jel Dessert powder & whip to combine.
Assemble the cake by layering: cake-frosting-cake, then frost the entire outside of cake leaving the sides semi-exposed.
Melt about 1 cup chocolate chips & cover the top perimeter leaving the center open. Place fresh cherries in the center & dust with powdered sweetener.
