- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a single serve baking pan. 
- Add the Simply Desserts Vanilla Protein Powder, half of the rolled oats, milk, sweetener, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to a blender and blend on high until fully combined. - 1 Sachet Simply Desserts Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats, 1/2 cup milk of choice, 1 1/2 tbsp sweetener of choice, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp salt 
- Add the remaining oats and pulse quickly to mix. Add carrots, walnuts and raisins, and fold in with a spatula. - 1/2 cup finely shredded carrot, 1/8 cup walnuts, 1/8 cup raisins 
- Transferred to the baking dish and top with additional walnuts and raisins. 
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
