Add blueberries, 2 cups of milk, and half of a sachet of vanilla pudding to a blender and puree until smooth. Whisk in 1/2 cup chia seeds, and let sit in the fridge until absorbed.
Repeat process with remaining milk, raspberries, remaining vanilla pudding and raspberry jel. Whisk in 1/2 cup chia seeds and refrigerate until absorbed and thickened.
When ready to serve, swirl each flavor of chia pudding into a bowl and top with fresh fruits and nut butter to enjoy!
