First mix the pudding with almond mix till nice and creamy.
1 Box Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding, 1 1/2 cups almond milk
Then add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
1 yellow cake mix, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, Cinnamon and pumpkin spice to taste
Put in a cake pan or any silicon muffin molds you have.
Make sure to spray with release. Bake 350 °F for 12 to 15 minutes. You may need more time if you do it as one big cake.
