Make the Simply Desserts chocolate and banana pudding according to package instructions using 2 cups of milk for each.
On a lined baking sheet, spread a dollop of chocolate pudding into a circle the size of your rice cake. Repeat for how many rice cakes you want to make.
Sprinkle chia seeds on top of the chocolate protein pudding before pressing the rice cake into it. Place in freezer to set for a few hours.
Remove your rice cakes from the freezer and flip over so the chocolate pudding layer is on top.
Top with peanut butter, fresh fruit, granola, and a drizzle of the banana protein pudding to enjoy!
