    Ingredients

    • 4 cups milk
    • 1 package Simply Desserts Chocolate Protein Pudding
    • 1 package Simply Desserts Banana Protein Pudding
    • Rice cakes
    • Chia seeds
    • Fruit
    • Peanut butter
    • Granola

    Instructions

    • Make the Simply Desserts chocolate and banana pudding according to package instructions using 2 cups of milk for each.
    • On a lined baking sheet, spread a dollop of chocolate pudding into a circle the size of your rice cake. Repeat for how many rice cakes you want to make.
    • Sprinkle chia seeds on top of the chocolate protein pudding before pressing the rice cake into it. Place in freezer to set for a few hours.
    • Remove your rice cakes from the freezer and flip over so the chocolate pudding layer is on top.
    • Top with peanut butter, fresh fruit, granola, and a drizzle of the banana protein pudding to enjoy!
