Ingredients

Erythritol
Carrageenan
Citric Acid
Potassium Citrate
Stevia Extract
Color (Beet, Beta Carotene)
Natural Flavor (Peach)

Servings

Pour Jel powder into ⅓ cup of COLD water and stir until dissolved.
Add 1⅓ cups BOILING water and stir.
Place into serving dish or mold until set.
Allow to cool at room temperature then place in refrigerator.
Sets in 60 Minutes.

I an not jello person and I am vegan. I ordered this to have the day before my colonoscopy. This is really good!

How do you triple the recipe? When U tried to triple it , the gelatin was watery.

This was the first thing I ate after a surgery and it was perfect. It does take some time to dissolve in the water, but it will come out smooth and clear. It's definitely not got much in the way of nutrition or calories, but it's a yummy treat and gentle on the stomach.
