Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix the ingredients for the filling.
Unfold the crescent dough, brush the butter over the puff pastry sheets. Spread the filling evenly over one of the sheets and top with other puff pastry dough.
Roll carefully the dough and create 8 cinnamon rolls. Place them in a greased baking dish or tray.
Bake for 15 minutes, they should look golden and crispy.
Mix the ingredients for the glaze and top the rolls once cooled down.
Sprinkle crushed pistachios. Enjoy!
