    Ingredients

    • 2 sheets of puff pastry dough
    • 3 tbsp of organic butter

    Filling

    • 1 pack of Simply Dessert Pistachio Pudding Mix
    • â…” cup of unsweetened almond milk
    • â…“ cup of cream cheese
    • 2 tsp of vanilla extract
    • â…“ cup of crushed pistachios

    Vanilla Glaze

    • 1 cup of powdered monk fruit
    • 2 tbsp of Simply Dessert Vanilla Sugar-Free Pudding
    • ¼-â…“ cup of unsweetened almond milk
    • â…“ cup of crushed pistachios for topping

    Instructions

    • Preheat the oven at 350F.
    • Mix the ingredients for the filling.
    • Unfold the crescent dough, brush the butter over the puff pastry sheets. Spread the filling evenly over one of the sheets and top with other puff pastry dough.
    • Roll carefully the dough and create 8 cinnamon rolls. Place them in a greased baking dish or tray.
    • Bake for 15 minutes, they should look golden and crispy.
    • Mix the ingredients for the glaze and top the rolls once cooled down.
    • Sprinkle crushed pistachios. Enjoy!
