Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a mini doughnut pan.
Prepare the cake mix as directed on the box. Spoon into the doughnut pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Mix milk with Simply Desserts Pistachio Pudding and transfer to a piping bag.

Make a green glaze by combining powdered sugar, milk, and green food coloring. Dip cooled doughnuts into the glaze.
