    Ingredients

    Rolls

    • 1-2 sheets of store bought dough dyed green to be seasonal
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1 sachet Simply Desserts Pistachio Pudding Mix
    • Crumbled pistachios

    Frosting

    • 1 sachet Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding Mix
    • 3 cups heavy cream

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking tin.
    • Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.
    • Mix together butter and pistachio pudding mix until smooth and spread a thin layer onto the dough.
    • Roll the dough up and cut into 1 inch discs.
    • Place on your baking pan swirl side up leaving a little bit of room in between each roll to allow for growth and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    • While the rolls are baking, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and heavy cream until a frosting-like consistency forms.
    • Spread the pudding frosting onto the baked and slightly cooled rolls, and top with crumbled pistachios before digging in!
